Registrations for the final event of the project CREATE are open

The CREATE project , coordinated by the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics - OGS and co-funded by the Central European Initiative - CEI, has come to an end. It addressed the controversial issue of climate refugees in order to stimulate reflection on this complex topic and to promote respectful and informed discussion, even between opposing viewpoints.

The final conference of the project will be held on Thursday, December 15, at 2:30 p.m. in the Cacciaguerra Room of the headquarters of the University of Trieste.

The meeting, moderated by Sara Tonolo, Professor of International Law at the University of Trieste, will also be attended by Marco Reale, climatologist of the OGS, and Matteo Valentinuz Protection Associate of the UNHCR.

Afterwards, the students of the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Trieste will have the opportunity to test the game developed within the project.
