Visit to the OGS headquarters by Roberto Flor, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Verona, and Cecilia Valbonesi, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Rome “Unitelma Sapienza”

Today, the OGS President Nicola Casagli and the General Director Paola Del Negro welcomed to our headquarters in Borgo Grotta Gigante Roberto Flor, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Verona, and Cecilia Valbonesi, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Rome “Unitelma Sapienza”.

The OGS is a scientific partner in the fledgling Observatory on liability in the event of natural and man-made disasters at the University of Verona.

Our guests were welcomed by the technical and scientific personnel and given a tour of the Centre for Oceanographic Calibration and Metrology Centre - CTMO, the Aerial remote sensing facility - AiRS, and the geophysical, remote sensing and geoelectric equipment used for subsoil mapping. The visit ended with a tour aboard the R/V Laura Bassi.
