Natura Facit Saltum: a debate on quantum mechanics and society

100 years after the formulation of quantum mechanics, Teatro Miela hosts an event that tells the story of this scientific revolution in different languages, including science, literature and theatre.

Guests include Silvina Ponce Dawson from the University of Buenos Aires, President of the International Union of Physics and Applied Physics (IUPAP), the literary critic, translator and writer Enrico Terrinoni, professor at the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei and full professor at the University for Foreigners in Perugia, and Giuseppe Mussardo, theoretical physicist and historian of physics at the SISSA - International School for Advanced Studies.

The actress Sara Alzetta will perform some of the plays she has written. Moderator: Paola Catapano, Head of Communications at CERN in Geneva.
